Refund policy
RETURNS
In accordance with the Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 of May 20, 2014 "Regulations on Distance Contracts", you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the item purchased in the online store within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods, without stating a reason. Depending on the situation, you have rights to a refund, product exchange, and/or compensation, as appropriate.
When returning a product, please note that it must not be damaged, used, or significantly altered in appearance. If the returned product meets these requirements, Balticos Nexus Ltd. will issue a refund no later than 14 days after receiving the return request form. Costs related to returning the goods are covered by 3,09 EUR (indicate: buyer / or Balticos Nexus Ltd.).
We will usually refund your order within 10 days of receiving return goods in our warehouse but please note, that it might take longer for refund to apear in your account as transfers between payment systems might take a longer time.
The return of goods takes place under the following conditions:
- the returned product(s) must be in the original packaging;
- the goods must not be damaged;
- the goods have not been used, have not lost their commercial appearance (preserved labels, safety films, etc.), (this does not apply to products already damaged at the time of delivery);
- the good(s) to be returned must be in the same condition as when it was received;
- if returning an item that qualified you for a bonus gift, please include the bonus gift with your return. The gift product should be in intact and unopened. If you choose to keep the bonus gift or it has been opened and used, it's value will be retracted from your refund;
- the customer must bear the direct return costs.

- Click the "Return" button that appears next to "oolaboo.lv".
3. Fill Out the Necessary Information:
- Enter all the required information in the return form. This usually includes your contact details, order number, and reason for the return.
4. Package the Return Item:
- Ensure that the item you are returning is in perfect condition. Package it securely to avoid any damage during transit.
5. Submit the Return Request:
- Follow the prompts to complete the return request.
6. Payment for Return:
- Be prepared to pay the return shipping cost of 3.09 EUR.
7. Customer Support:
- If you need further assistance or want to find the perfect hair care product for you, visit the "Find your perfect product" link provided on the website for personalized recommendations.
8. Shipping the Return:
- After submitting your return request, follow the instructions for sending the package back to the shop.
9. Confirmation:
- You will receive a confirmation once your return is processed. Keep track of this confirmation for your records.
