Orders placed on business days before 13:00 (GMT+2) are usually processed on the next business day.

Omniva parcel lockers are available 24/7. Delivery to an Omniva parcel locker usually takes 2–3 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.
Depending on order volume, product availability, or ongoing promotions, order processing may occasionally take longer. However, we always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
